Most organizations measure performance.
Few measure what actually holds performance together — trust, cohesion, and emotional wellbeing.
A core reason is that personal performance and organizational performance are not the same thing.
Individuals contribute value in context; organizations create value through systems.
When these levels are collapsed into a single set of metrics, performance management becomes unfair, trust erodes, and decision-making degrades.
I founded Eruvia Melme to change that.
We build a privacy- and consent-first digital framework that helps organizations distinguish and align personal, team, and organizational performance, while designing, understanding, and repairing the human foundations of work.
Our approach is systemic by design.
Better performance cannot be separated from trust, and trust cannot exist without privacy that is enforced technically — not promised procedurally.
Eruvia Melme is built on three tightly integrated domains:

Performance management, spanning personal performance, team performance, corporate signaling, and hiring

Operational trust, including team rituals, repair loops, distress shields, and support for emotional wellbeing

Security and consent, with consent-locked data envelopes, explicit consent management, custodian-governed data backups, and guardian-led oversight and control
These elements are designed to work together as a single operating system — not as isolated tools.

Better Teams does not optimize individuals in isolation.
It helps organizations design environments where people can perform well because trust, clarity, and privacy are in place.
My current focus is partnering with mid-sized international organizations to co-develop and pilot this framework in real operational environments — shaping systems where wellbeing, trust, and performance reinforce one another rather than compete.
