Join the Better Teams Pilot Program
Work with us to redesign how performance, trust, and privacy actually work in teams.
How the Pilot Works
The Better Teams pilot is a structured, time-bound collaboration designed to jointly shape how performance, trust, and consent-based systems operate in real organizations.
1. Application and selection
We review pilot applications to ensure strategic fit, decision access, and readiness.
Selected organizations are invited into a limited pilot cohort.
2. Alignment and scope definition
We begin with a management-level alignment session to define:
-
The participating team(s) or unit
-
Pilot scope and objectives
-
Practical boundaries and expectations
3. Workshops and guided implementation
The pilot combines facilitated workshops with structured guidance sessions, allowing teams to:
-
Build shared understanding of the Better Teams methodology
-
Apply it to real work contexts
-
Iterate deliberately, not experimentally
4. Co-design and system steering
Throughout the pilot, participating teams contribute structured input that helps shape:
-
Performance management practices
-
Operational trust mechanisms
-
Consent-based security and governance design
This input directly informs the evolution of the Better Teams operating system.
5. Review and next steps
At the end of the pilot, we jointly review outcomes, learnings, and fit, and decide on next steps together.
